Accessing care at Sozo Clinic is simple and stress-free. If you’re new to private healthcare, our team will guide you through the process and ensure everything runs smoothly—so you can focus on your health, not the paperwork. We try to use digital solutions wherever possible; 92% of the UK population own and use smart phones…… 80% of over 65s as well!

We offer all options for payment; Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cards, Bank Transfer, In Person, Mobile First etc etc. You may be asked to secure appointments with a small deposit. This is just to make sure that you don’t forget your appointment and therefore leave an empty slot which could have been used for someone else in need of our services. The DID NOT ATTEND rate in the NHS is high mainly due to poor communication methods and the process relying on humans… we aim to be different!!
Every patient wants to access healthcare in a timely manner. Sometimes with just an email OR a quick phone call for reassurance OR to see a doctor urgently for a concern and signposting OR to book at 3am for a Treatment you had forgotten.
