Payment Information

We believe in clear, upfront pricing, no hidden charges, no surprises.

  • Refundable deposits are requested to secure your appointments. These are deducted from your bill.

  • Payments are taken in full at the time of the appointment or in advance if you wish.

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards, apple pay, google pay and bank transfer. We can send you payment links by email or messenger as you wish.

  • For packages or ongoing treatments, we offer flexible payment plans – just ask and we will be able to advise.

Private Medical Insurance
All Sozo medical clinicians treat insured patients. Let us know at the time of booking. We’ll confirm whether your provider covers your appointment and guide you through any paperwork. (This does not apply to Medical Aesthetics & Aesthetic Surgery)

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens — if you need to move your appointment please contact as soon as you know. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to be able to offer your appointment to other clients. You can manage your appointment via your confirmation email or by giving us a quick call. We’ll do our best to not charge Did Not Attend cancellation charges, but we want to run a successful healthcare business that relies on an efficient booking system.
