Our specialist sports medicine and musculoskeletal injury service is designed to help people of all ages—from recreational gym-goers to seasoned athletes—recover safely, regain confidence, and return to activity without fear of re-injury. Whether your symptoms came on suddenly during sport or gradually over time, we provide clear explanations, accurate diagnoses, and personalised treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practice.

What We Treat

Many patients visit us unsure whether their symptoms are serious or whether they need expert assessment. If you think you may have a muscle injury, tendon problem, or ligament injury, our clinicians can guide you through every step—from initial diagnosis to rehabilitation and long-term prevention strategies.

We commonly assess and treat:

Upper Limb Pain

Shoulder pain – rotator cuff problems, frozen shoulder, instability, labral injuries, muscle tears

Elbow pain – tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, biceps and triceps tendon issues, ligament strains

Hand and wrist pain – sprains, tendon irritation, overuse injuries, post-trauma symptoms

Spine and Pelvis

Neck and back pain linked to sport or activity

Pelvic, groin and core-related muscle injuries

Sacroiliac joint and soft-tissue conditions

Lower Limb Pain

Hip pain – labral tears, muscle injury, tendon injury, stress reactions, impingement

Knee pain – ligament injury including ACL and MCL sprains, meniscal problems, patellofemoral pain, overuse injuries

Foot and ankle pain – ankle sprains, Achilles tendon problems, plantar fascia irritation, ligament injury, stress fractures

If you’re not sure whether your problem fits one of these categories, we’re still here to help. Most musculoskeletal injuries share similar features, and our team is experienced in identifying the root cause—even when symptoms are vague or have been present for months.
