nSTRIDE® APS Therapy
A Natural, Non-Surgical Approach to Osteoarthritis Relief
Living with osteoarthritis can be frustrating — not just because of the pain, but because it limits how you move, how you live, and how you feel day-to-day. If you’re not ready for joint replacement surgery but want more than temporary relief, nSTRIDE® APS may offer a powerful, regenerative alternative.
At Sozo Clinic, we offer nSTRIDE as a cutting-edge, single-injection therapy designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and slow down the progression of osteoarthritis — all using healing proteins from your own blood.
What Is nSTRIDE APS?
nSTRIDE APS stands for Autologous Protein Solution — a natural treatment made entirely from your own blood.
It works by concentrating powerful anti-inflammatory proteins, white blood cells, and growth factors into a small injection. These “good proteins” help block the destructive inflammation inside arthritic joints, easing pain and protecting cartilage.
This isn’t a steroid. It’s not a filler. It’s a biologic therapy aimed at changing what’s happening inside the joint — not just masking the symptoms.

Science Behind nSTRIDE APS
In an osteoarthritic knee, inflammatory cytokines (“bad” proteins) outnumber anti-inflammatory cytokines (“good” proteins) causing an imbalance resulting in knee pain and cartilage degeneration. The inflammatory proteins IL-1 and TNFα attack the cartilage. These “bad” proteins must be stopped simultaneously to decrease pain and slow cartilage degeneration.
The nSTRIDE APS output introduces high levels of “good” proteins (IL-1ra, sIL-1R, sTNF-RI, and sTNF RII)10 that overwhelm and block the inflammatory cytokines (bad proteins) IL-1 and TNFα,13^ resulting in decreased pain and slowed cartilage degeneration, unlike traditional therapies.
While balance is being restored to the knee, anabolic growth factors (IGF-1 and TGF-β1) are also introduced for beneficial cartilage health. Therefore, nSTRIDE APS creates an ideal therapy which may reduce pain in the knee joint, improve joint function and slow the destruction of cartilage.9^ This therapy is provided in a non-surgical, single injection in the doctor’s office.
